Our Mission

It’s no secret teens today have a different set of challenges than previous generations. We want to give our teens the tools needed to feel connected and confident.

We want our teens to be resilient and have the necessary skills to thrive academically and emotionally. We work on identifying emotions as well as self regulation and impulse control. We will practice social skills such as active listening, empathy and perspective taking to build better relationships.

We want our teens to manage stress and anxiety by developing skills for mindfulness and self compassion.

And most importantly, we want our teens to have fun!

This article by Carrie Goldman explains the benefits of finding new friendships for teens today.
